Refund Policy

We stand behind the construction of The Short. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  Unworn and unwashed

  In original condition with all tags attached

  In original or comparable packaging

— If the product for any reason does not meet your expectation.

 

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. Given the intimate nature of compression liner construction, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear for hygiene reasons. 

 

The only exception is if the product for any reason does not meet your expectation. For example, quality control. 

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info @saunaandsnow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a product defect.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If you are unsure of your size before purchasing, contact us at info@saunaandsnow.com — our team is happy to advise based on your measurements. See our sizing guide on the product page.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us at info@saunaandsnow.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

 

Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance event are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

 

Canadian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) or equivalent provincial legislation. Where applicable law provides greater rights than those set out here, those rights apply.
