What makes these different from standard compression shorts?
The Double Layer Short is a two-part system: an organic cotton outer shell for everyday wear, and a merino wool compression liner with an integrated ice-pack pouch. It's designed for contrast therapy — not just compression.
How does the ice-pack pocket work?
The inner compression liner includes a mesh-panelled pouch with a small zipper. insert a liquid ice pack, zip closed, and wear as normal. The mesh allows breathable cold transfer while keeping the pack secure.
What size should I order?
We use Canadian men's standard sizing. Measure your waist: XS (28–29"), S (30–31"), M (32–33"), L (34–35"), XL (36–38"). The outer shell is regular fit; the inner liner is a compression fit. If between sizes, size up.

How do I care for merino wool?
Machine wash at 40°C inside out. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Dry on low or air dry. Iron inside out on medium. The merino liner is naturally anti-odour, so you won't need to wash after every wear.
